| John D'Amato received his education from the respected Hofstra University School of Law and Canisius College, from which faculty and administrators selected him from among over 1,000 graduates to be a recipient of the Outstanding Senior Award. During his law school years, John was a Law Extern to a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge where he researched and drafted documents to assist the Judge with the issues arising in cases before her. It was this experience which first interested John in helping individuals and small businesses with their debt problems. Subsequent to law school, John D'Amato entered into private practice and gained substantial experience helping hundreds of individuals and small businesses overcome serious financial concerns. John is married and is the father of three children.
